First activity will be welcome reception at our hotel at 6 PM.

Departure Airport: Prague

Please plan your departure flight APR 26 after 2 PM or overnight in Prague and fly home APR 27 any time.

Or you can fly directly from Brno to London Stanstead (RYANAIR) or from Vienna (Individual transfer)

Airport Hotels and flight costs are NOT included in this itinerary price.

Arrival airport transfer is NOT included in this itinerary price.

Departure Congress

Departure transfer to Prague airport and centre is organized.

APR 26 departure our hotel in Brno at 08:00 arrival Prague airport 11:00 or Prague centre at 11:30

Accommodation

Rooms has been held as specified in the itinerary and there are three bedrooms types available. Double rooms contain one double bed and are suitable for two people wishing to share one bed. Twin rooms contain two single beds and are suitable for two people wishing to share room but not the bed. Single rooms contain one bed and suitable for one person only. Hotels will use double or twin room for single occupancy and the single occupancy supplement is applicable for all single rooms use. Please be aware that smoking is prohibited in all Czech hotels and restaurants.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be only accepted in writing. Cancellations received prior to 1st February 2023 are subject to cancellation fee of 25% Cancellations received after 1st February 2023 are not refundable.

Covid Travel Regulations

All delegates must adhere to the covid restrictions within the Czech Republic at the time of travel and throughout the Congress.

At the moment are NO covid regulation in the Czech Republic.

Etours Travel and/or Czech Beef Cattle Association will not assume responsibility for cancellation of any event due to weather, traffic, thefts, quarantines, epidemic, force majeur or act of God. In the event of such cancellations, amendment or withdrawal, the monies paid to ETOURS TRAVEL will be refunded less any fees. In this case is ETOURS TRAVEL not responsible for any other cost (air tickets, extra nights reserved by your own, lost of your working time).
